Amidst this uncertainty, Greater Chennai Corporation decided to rewrite the narrative — not with fear, but with facts. Not with silence, but with smart, creative, relentless communication.

Lockdown tension, public fear, fake forwards, and overwhelmed governance machinery — the city needed a voice that was clear, consistent, and credible. The municipal body had one goal: get vital information to every citizen, every day, without fail.

We took over the city’s digital megaphone — revamped the official social media pages, built a 360° communication pipeline, and crafted messaging that struck the perfect balance between urgency and empathy.
